Menotomy Rocks Park is beautiful natural vegetation spread over an area of 35.5 acres in Arlington, MA. The park features wide open fields with huge wooden trails.Menotomy Rocks Park also offers fishing in its 3 acre fish pond to its visitors.
Menotomy Rocks Park also features a playing field near its Jason Street End and a small playground opposite to it with swings and slides for children. Park authorities have allowed pets in the park if kept under strict observations.
Visitors can enjoy fishing and boating in the pond during summers. Fishing is allowed in summers and during winters the pond is used as an ice skating rink. Though authorities have not given permission but skating is done on their own risk.
Swimming is strictly prohibited in the pond because of many ferocious wild aquatic animals. The park is open every day and is also considered a great picnic spot for the families.
